The room was well-kept, brand-new, and came with a balcony; the location was unbeatable, close to an art museum.

The location , it was 5 min from my grain ng facility.
The hotel held almost $400 for incidentals on m card. It will not be released for another 5 to 10 business days. That's way too much and way too long do get my funds back.

The room was cold. Has to pay for a microwave. Had to pay $20 a day for self parking. The worse hotel I ever been to and will never go back or recommend it to anyone.. Worse experience ever

The warm cookies given as a welcome. The rooms were nice. Food good.
The noise over our heads at night. The cigarette smoke that filled our entire room at night. The calls to the front desk and no one came as promised to check it out. even on our first night TV went out. called for help and they said it was because of the weather and didn't come to check. I wiggled some wires and the tv came on. At check in we were left standing at the front desk waiting for help. clerk looked out of door in the back and started to close it until I yelled out we are checking in! not an impressive start. she wasn't very friendly at all. second night guy on desk much better but didn't send anyone up to help us when we called. I was there because I needed a peaceful rest and a break from caring for my mother who is in hospice care at my home. I didn't receive that at the Colonnade Inn. very dissapointed.

1. Wallpaper peeling off wall in numerous places in our room. 2. No refrigerator or microwave. 3. No usb plugs to charge the phones. 4. Need more outlets to charge phones. We didn't get a lot for our money.

Had a great stay in winter. The staff were incredibly nice. The location was excellent in a nice upscale area surrounded by large stone or brick homes. We enjoyed the queen room which was functional and large with a balcony. I had a wonderful winter stay at the Inn At The Colonnade Baltimore - A Doubletree By Hilton Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is perfect, in a beautiful upscale neighborhood with large stone and brick homes all around. Our queen room was not only spacious and functional but also had a lovely balcony.
